New details are starting to emerge about the next-generation Audi R8. It could be launched in 2014 with a carbon fiber and aluminum monocoque that weighs just 198 kg (437 lbs).

Audi have announced their inevitable entry to the 80th 24 Hours of Le Mans that runs on June 16th. They will be running a total of four LMP1 race cars, all of which will be equipped with hybrid technology.
